Childcare Expense Tax Credit
Did you know that after government financial assistance, the cost difference compared to a subsidized daycare (CPE) can be much smaller than you might think? Families who choose a non-subsidized daycare may be eligible for the Quebec government’s refundable tax credit for childcare expenses. Depending on your family income and situation, this assistance can significantly reduce your actual childcare costs.
